These sessions will focus on scoring goals. The objective of this program is to help all players become more comfortable in front of goal through focusing on technique and repetition. The primary topics covered in this session will be as follows:

Dynamic stretching and warmup on their own

Technical activity with emphasis on a technical objective
0:15 - 0:30  Possession games utilizing technical objective
0:30 - 0:45  Small sided activity based on session tactical objectives
0:45 - 1:00  Directional expanded small sided activity based on session tactical objectives
Static stretching and cool down on their own
